After Account Is Canceled
You may cancel your WaiverSign account at any time by filling out this form or calling WaiverSign support at 385-364-3903. After your account cancellation is finalized, you will not be billed additional payments.
Please note that once your account is canceled, you will not have access to your Waiver templates, signed Waivers, or customer data stored in the system. Any information you wish to retain must be downloaded prior to closure of your account.
